everyone. Today’s post is a non veg
recipe. You can call it Sunday special. I had made this a long time ago. Will be updating a pic very soon. But believe me, this recipe is mouth-watering. I do not eat non veg. I just prepare it. So the question of whether it is good or not
is what I hear only after my hubby tastes it.
Will be posting a gravy recipe too.

Here goes for a starter recipe for non-veg lovers.
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken pieces(small)

Lemon juice

2 tbsp

Sour cream/hung
curd

1 cup

Cheese
|
2 tbsp
|
Ginger garlic
paste
|
1½ tsp
|
Cornflour
|
1 tbsp
|
Nutmeg powder
|
A pinch
|
Salt
|
To taste
|
Green elaichi powder
|
1 tsp
|
||
Black pepper
powder
|
½ tsp
|
||
Cream/cream
cheese
|
½ cup
|
METHOD:
1.
Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius. Place chicken pieces in a
bowl.
2.
Add ginger, garlic paste, nutmeg powder, green cardamom powder, Pepper,
salt and lemon juice. Mash the cream/cream cheese and mozzarella cheese, add
corn flour and mix well.
3.
Add the chicken pieces to it and mix well. Add sour cream and mix
lightly. Marinate this for an hour.
4.
Line the chicken pieces onto skewers and place them on baking tray
lined with aluminium foil.
5.
Drizzle the remaining marinade on them and drizzle little oil over
the chicken.
6.
Now place the tray in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or
until evenly golden.
7.
Transfer the chicken onto the serving plate and serve with
coriander or mint chutney.
NOTES:
1. I have given a recipe that is made in the oven. You can do this even over a gas stove
top. Line them on the skewers and place
them over a wire mesh on the flame.
2. Keep turning them now and then for even cooking.
3. You can omit the cheese if doing them over the gas stove.
4. Depending on the serving you would like to make increase the
quantity. This recipe gave me for 3
servings.
